- Spiced Tonka Caramel - Smooth caramel infused with fragrant tonka beans and a gentle blend of Christmas spices.

- Mince Pie Truffle - A rich ganache layered with notes of dried fruit, brandy and buttery feuilletine wafers. 

- Orange Bitter Caramel Mou - A sophisticated balance of bittersweet orange in a chewy caramel dipped in dark chocolate.

- Tiramisu Truffle - Dark chocolate espresso kissed ganache layered with creamy white chocolate, our twist on the Italian classic.
